Halo Corporation was Founded in 2014, a Man named Carmine Smith was a well-known Vigilante at the time he had made many Un-Authorized Arrests and Searches of Properties. He was considered an extremely good Crime Stopper at the Time, he had reduced the number of Crimes in the City by over 57% as The President Said. The president at the time was unsure of who he was, a King, a President, or even a Dictator. Carmine Smith didn't care about the President, of only the Warrants he Issued, one day the President Founded himself, his title, Dictator he went silent on the warrants and became, Incognito. Carmine Smith Started to Fine, That didn't stop the Crime. He started to Make a Small Alliance, The Halo Corporation. They are devoted to the Safety of Citizens and the Killing of Baddies.
