Hello all,
the government was full with agents but all of them are lazy -.-
I called over radio for backup. Nobody came. I asked Prune to go Police Officer and then we had some fun defusing this:

We evacuated the whole apparment complex.

We started to defuse:
But we cut the wrong wire and it started to flash faster!

Finally! We defused the bomb and saved the city.
