Title of Bug: Warrant/Car Bug
Description: So basically say if Jake was warranted and he had a car out it would say "the owner of this vehicle is wanted"
Say if he was just arrested and got out of jail it would still say he is wanted on his vehicle until he puts it back in his inventory.
