Summary: They have been extreme prop-pushing (smashing) , prop-killing and RDMing (ONLY Whats That was RDMing), I have evidence of this, and it suprises me with the 200-300 hours he has (Whats that) .
There were others, but I haven't caught them. I was a Police Sergeant, and outside the nexus in the city there was mass prop-pushing, If I got close to Whats That he would use a melon, teacup or small props and quickly scroll it forward into me at practically the speed of light, killing me. The names on the props were evidence enough, but I also got gunned down by him for trying to get close. He killed me 2 or 3 times. Also as I was following him as he tried to escape he spawned his car into me. (May or may not have been on purpose), before driving straight back to the garage in a mad rampage possibly attempting to CDM a group of people, he drove very fast when attempting the CDM maybe, so that's why I'm bringing this up.

These are all the screenshots I got, not many of Logic, But I'm rejoining the server and I might reply with more proof on him. Overall though, Whats that is definately guilty, Logic = Maybe.
