Hello,
I want to say a few things here.
First about the elevator. I never heard they are illegal, and it's being uses as acces to the bar below.
The reason I shot you was that you started shooting at me and my customers whit a pistol, it was al in self-defence as there weren't any cops I could call.
Next to that you placed invisible props around you to protect yourself. (see image below)

About the chair, I indeed shouldn't have done that. I was helping a new guy who tried to climb up and got himself stuck.
