Delion Bank is an universal multi-channel bank,
focusing on private clients and small and medium-sized enterprises.
Besides retail banking, insurance and asset management activities,
Delion is active in European and American debt capital markets,
domestic cash equity markets and in the field of corporate banking, leasing, factoring, reinsurance, private equity and project and trade finances.
Delion was founded by the Russian named Stefanov Kovatch, married to the American model bureau director Kelly Tylor.
Delion has been running from 1986 till now.
Stefanov entrusted his son Dennis Kovatch to bring Delion to a hihger point.
Everyone who entrusted Delion with their money get a personal code and a banking card.
