Summary: I was walking to my car after 6 mins on the NLR timer when I saw SmexyCow lockpicking a car. that's still normal when I tried to catch him I shot a fire to warn him to let him stop walking away when he started to spawn a prop to prop protect himself and kinda proppushing me, he also said he tried to take revenge cause he got RDMed what proofs him breaking NLR
