Summary: 65wolf was using props to make himself run faster, i'm assuming this is because he didn't have a car? Not only this, but after that I had broken one of the laws, and he was trying to arrest me/make me pay a fine. I paid the fine, and then proceeded to leave the area. He then threw a prop at my car and made it go flying into the air. Unfortunately, I do not have proof for this part of the BR.
