We are the Defense Intelligence Agency also known as the 'D.I.A.' we are an agency that gathers intelligence from all around Evocity to prevent raids and terrorist attacks. We also offer security and help in raids on drug operations, we do espionage we spy on criminal gangs and mafia gangs. We will most likely work with the government.

What is our 'office'?
The members of our office are the highest in the agency they have got lead over anyone. Always listen to them they have access to all top secret files, money, alliance etc. You can not simply apply for a job in the office you have to be in agency for a long time.

The ranks are as following:
- Director: [DR] The Director is the highest rank of the whole agency. Show respect to this man if you want to have meeting he's the man he has a final decision over all divisions. If this man is not there listen to the Deputy Director. Will decide who will be promoted and who will be demoted. [Taken by [FL:RP] Deriptz]
- Deputy Director: [DD] The Deputy Director is second highest rank of the whole agency. Has a final decision when the Director isn't present. He reports to the Director. Helps the Director with taking decisions. [Taken by Monkey!]
- Chief Financial Officer: [CFO] The Chief Financial Officer is chief of all the money going around in the agency he will have the watch out over all the money. He will not store the money. Reports to the Director about all the money. [One left]
- Chief Investment Officer: [CIO] The Chief Investment Officer has vision over all the investments for example dupes, resources, gun, vehicles etc. He will work together with the CFO. He reports to the Director or Deputy Director. [One left]
- Chief Administrative Officer: [CAO] The Chief Administrative Officer is the leader of administration, he has access to all personal files of our agents. Tries to gain intelligence of our recruits. [Taken by [FL:RP] Joykill]
- Secretary: The job of the Secretary is here to help in the office and will be downstairs and appoint meetings. [Five left]

What does our 'security' do?
Our security is able to secure Evocity that doesn't mean we patrol, that means that we can secure stores, watch over the city and secure our office.

The ranks are as following:
- Head of Security: The Head of Security is the highest rank of the security division has lead of all the members of the security may not lead over the other divisions. Can also decide if a member of the security can protect a store or a certain person. May use money to buy dupes for our security. May decide what weaponry the security will use. - Colonel of Security: The Colonel of Security is the second highest rank of the security may take over the role of the Head of Security if he/she not present. has a decisive vote when we are about to decide something. May not buy dupes or whatever will advise the head as much as possible. May decide what weaponry the security will use (When the Head of Security is not present) [One left]
- Lieutenant of Security: The Lieutenant of Security is the third highest rank of the security may take over the role of the Colonel of Security/Head of Security when he/she is not present. May decide what weaponry the security will use (When the Head of Security is not present). Will advise the Colonel of Security/Head of Security, has a decisive vote when we are about to decide something. [Three left]
- Guard: The Guard is the lowest rank of the security will be there to secure our office, shops, persons etc. Always has to listen to a higher rank then him even when the rank is in another division. May only shoot on given signal. [Unlimited]

What does our 'T19' do?
T19 is a highly trained firing squad especially trained to bust down drug operations, from busting down small meth labs to counter terrorism. To join T19 you must be in possession of a gas mask, because when we raid there might be highly toxic gasses etc.

The ranks are as following:
- T19 Commander: The T19 commander will lead all operations he is the highest rank. He's one of the most specialized units in the whole of D.I.A. He will plan most of our operations. He reports to the Director. Has a decisive vote when we are about to decide something. [One left]
- T19 Corporal: The T19 corporal is the second highest rank in T19 he will assist the T19 Commander as much as he can. He will train the T19 Unit and helps plan operation. He is mostly found on the battlefield giving out orders. [Two left]
- T19 Unit The T19 unit is the lowest rank in T19 even tough they're still very skilled. As a T19 unit you will help in operations you shall put your life at risk, it's not an easy job. [Unlimited]

What does our 'espionage' sector do?
The espionage sector is here to spy on certain people or groups/gangs, for example: monitoring calls. We have security cameras and detectives that will solve crimes.

The ranks are as following:
- Head of Espionage: The Head of Espionage is the highest rank of the espionage, has access to all our security cameras and can send out spies to spy on people/gangs. [One left]
- Detective: The Detective is there to sort out crimes he can also send out spies and such. He is not there to spy by himself. [Five left]
- Top Spy: The Top Spy is the highest spy the one with the most experience and the most high-tech technology and camera's. Has acces to all cameras we have placed. [One left]
- Spy: The Spy is just a normal spy can be send out by someone if he has an higher rank. His goal is to achieve as much private information about a certain suspect/gang. He will use the latest technology for this. [Unlimited]
- Scout: The Scout is the lowest ranks of the espionage sector he is training and can be send out by anyone will not be equipped with really high-tech technology because they are still in training and have to find out how to spy in other special ways. He will try to make his way up to be a Spy [Unlimited]

Security Clearance Levels:

Security Clearance Level E:
Security Clearance Level E is rewarded to everyone that joins the agency at first.

Having this clearance allows you to access all public files there's not really anything special to this clearance.

Security Clearance Level D:
Security Clearance Level D is rewarded to an agent that is in the agency and gets promoted.

Having this clearance means that you're a trusted agent.
Having this clearance means that you're able to access classified files from the agency, files that would hurt the agency if they would become public. For example: espionage tactics.

Security Clearance Level C:
Security Clearance Level C is rewarded to an agent that is in the agency and gets promoted to the highest rank of a division.

Having this clearance means that you're a trusted agent.
Having this clearance means that you're able to access classified files from the agency, files that would hurt the agency if they would become public. For example: espionage tactics.
Having this clearance gives you a vote in who wants to join the agency and who can't.

Security Clearance Level B:
Security Clearance Level B is rewarded to an agent in the office.

Our arsenal:
These weapons may be used by any of our agents, these are our main guns of choice. These weapons will be financed by the agency when you join or when you lose your weapons. Other weapons may be used under supervision of a higher rank.

The M4 carbine is a family of firearms that was derived from earlier carbine versions of the M16 rifle, which was in turn derived from the original AR-15 rifle that Eugene Stoner designed and ArmaLite made. The M4 is a shorter and lighter variant of the M16A2 assault rifle. It is a gas-operated, magazine-fed, selective fire, shoulder-fired weapon with a telescoping stock and 14.5 in (370 mm) barrel to ease close quarters combat. Like the rest of the M16 family, it fires the .223 caliber, or 5.56mm NATO round.

Enhanced versions of the USP, the USP Tactical models are designed for users who need the features found on the HK Mark 23, but in a more compact pistol. Both pistols approach the precision found on the Mark 23 by adding an extended threaded barrel with a rubber O-ring, adjustable trigger, and adjustable target-type sights.

The .45 ACP model of the USP Tactical is constructed on the USP45 frame. The 9 mm and .40 S&W Tactical models are built on the USP 9mm/40 caliber frame. The 9 mm variant is also known as the USP9 SD.

-Kevlar

Kevlar is the registered trademark for a para-aramid synthetic fiber, related to other aramids such as Nomex and Technora. Developed at DuPont in 1965, this high strength material was first commercially used in the early 1970s as a replacement for steel in racing tires. Typically it is spun into ropes or fabric sheets that can be used as such or as an ingredient in composite material components.

Currently, Kevlar has many applications, ranging from bicycle tires and racing sails to body armor because of its high tensile strength-to-weight ratio; by this measure it is 5 times stronger than steel on an equal weight basis. It is also used to make modern drumheads that withstand high impact. When used as a woven material, it is suitable for mooring lines and other underwater applications.

A similar fiber called Twaron with roughly the same chemical structure was developed by Akzo in the 1970s; commercial production started in 1986, and Twaron is now manufactured by Teijin.
