There are two homesteads, Haven and Villina,  for rent both differ between size and amenities. They are both built and designed by local business man, Benjamin 'beflok' Befryn, and are conveniently located within walking distance of anywhere inside Evocity. Please apply with beflok directly as the price differs depending date and availability.

Haven, meaning sanctuary, is a 3 story homestead that is compact yet efficient. Its architecture was based on the modern city style of Evo city. Haven's design was meant to accommodate any need or want from its occupant.

Haven homestead's amenities:

• All paid utilities
  
• Heat/AC
  
• Carpeted floors
  
• On Call Maintenance
  

Haven homestead's items:

• Fridge, stove, storage shelf, and dining room table
  
• Flat screen TV with cable included
  
• Secluded bedroom with a Bed, furniture, and bookshelf

Villina, meaning 'Little mansion', is a quaint and elegant home. Villina's architecture was meant to have original Italian feel to it. Villina's design was modeled around the idea that its occupants feel comfortable and relaxed.
