Title of Bug: Radio Glitch
Description:
If you become Emergency Response Unit, you can ofcourse use the Radio Voice. Changing to a Citizen at anytime after you are done. You can now use a Citizen Radio.
I did show this to an Admin, whom I cannot remember the name of but they also reproduced it ingame.

1. Change to EMU
2. Change to Citizen
3. You now have a Citizen Radio
