Title of Suggestion: Toggle /engine

Description
When using /engine it will toggle the engine to the opposite state. If the engine is on, then it will turn it off. If the engine is off, then it will turn it on.

Why?
It's a simple system which means that people aren't required to use two different keybinds for the two different commands and/or doesn't need the people to make an alias command.
