For the admin who reviews this, please note I was assisting doux with this and watched the video. It is clear that the person in question directly breaks fearrp and does not care and it is also clear that his buddy jumps on the body also in the video and that they are together as he repeatedly says "why is he getting arrested".
I was going to post a moderator ban request however doux had the PR all ready to go.
