Prop spammer pushing peoples vehicles, Police officer is also just FailRP'ing and giving them rides around the City.
UPDATE: I was just shot and killed by a citizen, who then stole my weapon.
UPDATE 2: My vehicle was prop-pushed into the lake by a citizen.
UPDATE 3: Intentional CDM everywhere.
