Because the comment looks like its from you for what was said in it, as this video is only linked in this thread and is unlisted on youtube.

No it was demoman cause he pmed me asking why I killed him. You can't just blame me for this, I find it very rude you would accuse me as everyone has access to it if hey go on TGIF fourm.

Demonman was the police sargeant that you killed(that i didnt get evidence of), not the officer you killed.
Also who has the reason to comment such a thing on the BR other than you?
