I remember this and saw that Ruxandra replaced the previous shortened ban to permament, it was at that time when the glitches appearaed with the banned players.
Chrome got indeed permabanned on his second ban request, but it was shortened by Grub as he thought it was a unfair punishment after talking with Chrome.
I have played with Chrome and he seems like a very nice person.
This was his shortened ban by Grub.

After a little while I saw a new unban-request that was immidietly denied by Ruxandra even after he attempted to explain himself.
