I am now the head of Internal Affairs. this means that I am, in Roaches words "Basically an RO that has the power to Exile people." and so, as I have been meaning to post this anyways the first two people receiving exile DAT_AIM: you are hereby exiled because you have not taken part in Blackwatch RP for at least 2 months. and we have recorded an incident where you showed rudeness and CDM'd a Blackwatch member. EODx Chaos: you are hereby exiled as you have applied for Estleback, we wish you good luck in your application, however you did not notify us of resignation so we are exiling you. we ask you remove any affiliation to Blackwatch from your Profiles.

Sorry, but we have not been informed of any departure from blackwatch. That exile was a way of notifying members officially of his departure
And no he was defiantly not active. As far as I Can tell he was last with us RPing about 3 months ago. Id take this into account if you are considering hiring them

He was never truly apart of blackwatch. It's still trying to be discovered if he's even truly apart of your clan.
