Project: Natantes in Carcere
I am pleased to announce that Estleback Corporation has been employed (once again) by the Government to re-instate an old prison on the infamous island of Alcatraz. All constructions were demolished after a large group of anarchists had resided there for a long period. Estleback engineers have removed all debris and only restored the crucial parts (docks, paths). All that remains is to build residential areas for all Field Operatives, as well as the very main building where we will store the infamous criminals of EvoCity.
This will require the attention of all engineers in Estleback Corporation. The governance has yet to discuss formally with the field operatives in charge of construction, however communication by the Director to a few selected ones regarding the subject has occurred. Whilst awaiting our communication hub to be set up (official forum..) in order to officialize it within Estleback, the governance has prepared necessary documents and blueprints. All the recent commotion in the media has caused us to pause any technical engineering, but it all will resume back to normal now.
I look forward to a massive contribution by our engineers and eventually our field operatives, as that will be needed to house our most unfriendliest of guests. Specific threads for procedures will be released to public after our contract with the government has run out. All data except this document is currently Security Clearance Class 3.

How many hours do you have on the servers?: I currently have 429 hours on the server.
How many RP points do you have?: I have got 2 roleplay point but I am trying to increase them.
How many bans and/or blacklists do you have? I am disappointed to say I have had 4 bans in total. These bans where given when I first started the server. I admit I was very childish and a knob to the community. Since then I have gained my hours and haven't received anymore bans. I've started following the rules and keeping my head down.

How many hours in the past 2 weeks have you been playing on G-Mod?: I have had around 50 hours. My hours will increase when my family member moves out of the house.

1998 - Family got murdered by rebels while on holiday

2000 - Got a promotion to Police Serg.
2005 - Got asked to join the Sru for out standing work as the police serg, but turned the offer down.

Why are you applying for the Estleback Corporation?: I am applying for Estleback Corporation because I want to join a well known clan who look and help others. I also want to join this clan as I've heard a lot about it and always wanted to join it. Seeing the HQ on the server, wanted me to apply. I built my hours up and decided the time was right to apply for this clan.
What made the Estleback corporation stand out from the others to you? The Estleback corporation is well known for there great builds and good hand picked members. They recruit members who aren't childish and un loyal to the server or clan. I like the way this clan has been formed and developed from the others.
Which specialization area caught your interest the most and why?: The things that caught my interest was the Strategy and Armory. This caught my eye because this suits my style of roleplay. I love being a field agent and being apart of an operation. I'm good at breeching buildings and using military tactics when roleplaying. Do you have any past experience in the position you are applying for?: I currently don't have much experience. This will be a huge learning curve for me and will look forward to learning new techniques and new signals in the chat.

Tell us about your history: Joshua Davies was born in London, UK, the older of two sons (himself and brother Jamie) of Linsey Michael and Mauro Davies, both teachers. Luigi's mother was of Swedish descent, and his father had Italian and English ancestry. He has described his family as "conservative, Midwestern, Methodist". He went to Brasildon Elementary School and High School, then served as a Security Guard for Birmingham Security Services. He later graduated from the University of Oxford with a WHT Qualification, also, one in Law. After graduation, he took a semester of graduate courses in sociology at Oxford University. He then moved to the lovely city of Evo after dropping the Birmingham Security Service after Years Of Awards. During his time in Evo he has participated in a clan called 'White Forest Technologies.' He worked as a Secretary, however, wanted proceed forward within the industry. However, this could not be in place due to its unexpected closure. I am applying for Estleback to kick-start it back into being the best clan on the server. Having experience in Estleback years ago at a younger age, I believe my maturity over the years will benefit the clan for the better. If I was to get the chance to work for Estleback again I would adopt my insight and help the newer members of the clan.
Having been in multiple different clans and also observing the clans out there I can value this and use it in further operations.

A long announcement today, with multiple layers.
Over the past few weeks, our activity within the city has been extremely low. Be rest assured that Estleback is still in full operation, and this was merely a recovering period from an odd situation we faced last month. On top of this, we have used the time to work on some large projects that will help us with our quest to ensure Evocity's prosperity. One such project is fitting upgrades to our city office HQ, which has already been completed; if you are visiting us, be prepared to feast your eyes on some of the finest modern architecture in Evocity! Updates on public ongoing projects, and announcements of new ones, will be revealed soon.
Furthermore, last night, the 9th of March 2017, we set up an 'Estleback Taskforce'. This is an additional and separate branch of Evocity's police department, which is operated and commanded by exclusively Estleback personnel. After being authorised by the President, we allocated our operatives into pairs and continued to serve the city and her inhabitants until a fire broke out at the outer BP, which eventually resulted in an explosion. This is our second time providing this kind of service, the first of which was done back in 2014. I would like to thank every member of the government at the time for their co-operation, and this is a definite sign of things to come in the future.
Finally, we have some announcements regarding staffing. Both Blake Nightly (Nighthawkd) and Gonzalo Rodriguez (General Weed) have been promoted to Senior Field Operative, however, Mr Rodriguez is only responsible for managing the engineering specialisation, and making sure all of our building projects are completed with utmost efficiency. Additionally, I would like to welcome Joshua Davies (MJ) and Matt Velazquez (Panda) to the corporation. Both of their applications were promising and we believe they will fit in here at Estleabck. All other applicants have been denied.

Describe your personality: James Bradford is a very generous man. He cares very much about the people around him especially close friends, family and relatives. He is very cooperative and can he can adapt him self to any situation. He is smart, physically and mentally strong.
Tell us about your history: James Bradford was born in 1988. He grew up in West Englewood in Chicago which is ranked one of the worst ghettos in the US. He grew up amongst drugs, crime and violence. Alot of his childhood friends are either dead or in prison. James had the mentality to avoid this criminal life. Instead he decided to join the FBI in 2011. He wanted to solve crime instead of commiting it. He grew up with his mother and his 3 brothers in a small apartment and a monthly salary of 1000$ for the family to share rent, food and electricity on. Due to these hard circumstances 2 of his brothers got shot in 2002 and 2004 during a gang fight. In 2011 when James turned 23 he decided that he wanted to apart of something big, something that people appreciated. So he decided to join the FBI and he became a field agent. He worked at the Bureau for 5 years until he decided to move from Chicago to Evocity with his wife who had gotten a job in Evocity as a brain surgeon. He couldn't keep his job so he decided that he should apply for a job position at the Estleback Corporation instead.

I'd like to put a statement here, I will be giving up my position within the SnA, to join the Engineering team, this is because i feel like that is where my direction of development would be at it's max potential, by these means, this means that i am also giving up the Senior Field Operative rank, i loved the moments of me controlling the squadrones, and making sure everything was working by the book, however i am stepping down to a Field Operative.
With me leaving SnA, there will be applied a heavy weight on Blake's shoulders, and i am certain that it will not be an easy task for him, and i wish him utmost luck with this, I am leaving SnA, because i feel like i've turned into the wrong direction, i feel like this is not my fullest interest, but i loved doing what i've done.

By the age of 14, I could confidently use a knife for multiple uses if it's from combat to using it as a wooden spoon to cook food in a pan. Throughout the past 5 years, we have faced many toils and troubles, ups and downs, all which are too many to name. Right from the Ministry of Peace conundrum, to the very recent Bentley bonanza - I think it is fair to say we've had enough to keep us on our toes! I have seen this place grow, not just internally, externally and within me. This whole experience has made me into the person I am today, as a position of responsibility gave me some sort of purpose and objective, and developed my skills particularly in management, socialisation and the English Language.
I have never before, and probably never will be again, been part of something so great and unique; a morphing brotherhood with multiple generations only connected by elders.
