I am applying for Estleback to kick-start it back into being the best clan on the server. Having experience in Estleback years ago at a younger age, I believe my maturity over the years will benefit the clan for the better. If I was to get the chance to work for Estleback again I would adopt my insight and help the newer members of the clan.
Having been in multiple different clans and also observing the clans out there I can value this and use it in further operations.

Perhaps this comes as no suprise to many of you and perhaps for some it is. But as you all know, recently we've gotten few applications and some of them has been from people that were with us before the closure. I, as a new Director, do not have the knowledge of who these people are but documents of their achievements. It requires a human touch to really get a grip of who someone is, hence why I enforce interviews rather than to simply go from your application.
Today I had the first interview in this new era of Estleback and can glady announce that Sonni 'Jordy' Romani has been accepted and welcomed to the corporation as our new Sergeant. You are the very first employee of this era and will forever have my respect for that. I am exited about this new era we have before us. But as I have said, I need individuals who are willing to go that extra lenght to become one of us. I do not care about your long list of references and achievements unless you have the right personality for this Corporation. Your history is meaningless without someone actually making it a history and moving forward in developing his own persona. Please do apply if you feel like you are the right one for us.

What a day of fortune. Today has been a day of action, two interviews has been taken place and a construction for our new outskirt HQ has begun (pictures coming soon). We realize that we do not have the work force we once had, but we do believe that we will reach it again at some time and as such we are preparing by modernizing our HQ's and building bases fit to hold big amount of personnel. I have studied old HQ's and bases and realized our theme of building. And that's something I intend to carry on with our new buildings - it's simply genuine to our values and history.
But a research in construction is not something I can do on myself in the future.. there is simply too much else to deal with. As I mentioned, I had two interview - one which was with our now Sergeant Sonni Romani and one with Noah Grayson, previous employee of the ETCD department (same dep. he has applied to). I can happily announce that Noah 'Noda' Grayson has been accepted back to the ETCD division, now as Lead Engineer. Tonight, during the construction of our new base, he showed his skills and motivation with the technical aspects of building - something the Lead Engineer requires. Good luck!
On other notes, Mrs Finch (Ratatoskrr) has been denied. At this time we do not feel you're the right one for us. You're welcome to apply after required cool down time has passed. Not everyone will be accepted. Ex-members have some privilege in that that we know who they are to a certain degree. But they may very well be denied if they do not show motivation or dedication to join our company.

Today we built a Recruitment Center for all interested in joining, instead of discovering us on the web, or simply discovering what Estleback is and stands for. In this building you'll see some history of ours and you can take a sip at our bar and talk with oldies (estleback members that is) about what it's REALLY like to be with us.
