Summary & Evidence:
We're doing a passive RP, to be exact, Aldi grocery store. Now, a police sergeant comes into the store and starts counting down to "pay him 1000$ or we'd get arrested. Now no law states that you NEED a license whatsoever, there is law #13 that states that business tax goes to the president, however... As you see, we already pay taxes through our "payday" which already goes into presidents "wallet". He did not listen nor tried to listen to me. As far as my English is concerned, I believe LICENCE and TAXES are not the same thing.
I've spent 15 minutes in jail for this.
I also believe, being a "tax enforcer" as Police Sergeant (which is supposted to lead police force) is considered FailRP.
