Summary: I had just got onto the server and I was greeted by the two and they both got out a knife and stabbed me.

Those players are guilty of many things and I was a witness of what they have done.
They are also guilty of the following:
Randomly raiding the nexus.
Randomly tazing.
Supermin was a paramedic healing druing a gunfight.
RDMing.
Lying that they didnt break the rules on OOC.
Randomly hitting players with the baton as police officers.
Breaking NLR.

Also I would add that those players are new to the server and [FL:RP] Taweeino is a teacher he helped them after they stopped minging. i would recommend they get blacklisted.
