Summary:Citizen asks for help, saying this man punched him, and insulted. I commit detainment. We discuss a bit, and decided to give him fine of 500 to the government, and 500 to the victim. He then decides to choose getting arrested. At this moment he disconnects, and joins in few seconds later as you see from the screenshot.

I was that citizen, and I can confirm that it's true that he reconnected to avoid arrest. I've got quite a few screenshots myself to prove it. He also changed job to Police Sergeant when he got on.
