After they called on help then i come. We said that we need to go because we were corleone and we couldnt save the member! They needed help! What did i do? demote but i couldnt! Unfair soooo unfair!

No, again I must repeat myself, the video showed you working with others to help hostage a teammate. In that situation you could of helped you fellow Corleone, and as the Don is it your responsibility to look after your members, not hostage them.
