Name of player: I believe he changed his name, picture shows name.
SteamID: Name changed.
Time in GMT: Around 3:25pm
Server: V33x
Summary: Basically he build a cage duped it then tried to catch people, everytime you go to arrest him he will disconnect and rejoin into the server, He also got a Chauffeur to help him.. but I didn't catch his name.
Evidence: I got some pictures but for now I will post two, if more is needed just ask. The logs will most likely show his doings.

Me & another officer chasing him down as he broke FearRP by running from us then him leaving
