How to get onto the test map on event server?

When I try it join, it says I don't have the map.
I've tried looking on the steam workshop for it, but I couldn't find it

In the announcement post, Snow linked a the download for the map. You should download that, otherwise you can't join, because you don't have the map.

Click this link "http://snowredwolf.net/fastdl/maps/RP_EvoCity_v4b1.bsp" to download the map then move it to your "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps" folder.
EDIT: And the IP is "149.202.65.127:27025" Mintblackbeard Fearless Roleplay Teacher
