Summary: DirtyRiceCoon was getting arrested. Dispite the army of tazers pointed at him, he continued to run off, attempting to escape, while handcuffed. He persisted to carry this behaviour on until he reached KFC, however that is not included in in the video, as enough evidence has already been provided.
