Thread Title: Report: Fail RP. disconnecting to avoid arrest.

Summary: It's quite self explanatory. I was doing my job as a police officer, and one of the laws stated his job being illegal. And I do not know if he knew or not, but he tried to sell me a gun, and as the police officer I was I took the laws into action and tried to place him under arrest, in his response. He then proceeded in disconnecting and rejoining as SRU.
