Why we should unban you:when he took out the second prop while in modsit and started killing us i had little time to think i was in panic and dindn't want to be killed so i shot him before he did do any damage

I lifted him up, and when I was talking to him for about 30 seconds you come in with a weapon and kill him, while he was in the air talking to me. It was very obvious that he was in a mod sit, and you shouldn't have taken action yourself by killing him.
