Summary: On v33x the player SpanKy started spawning large props that eventually crashed the server. He said hhis reasoning was because a cop killed him twice and this was his 'Revenge'

Approved, after looking throught the logs it indeed showed Spanky propspamming.
Next time try and take a screenshot while looking at the props though, so his name shows up.
