Summary: I got arrested for passing a Red light... thats OK... But while i was in the Jail he came to me and started Punching me multiple times for being a Black guy... I dont think thats nice to do this as a Police Officer... Well i dont know if racism is allowed, but Random Punching as Officer? Thats probaly aggainst the Rules...

As i have seen sebastian RPing this multiple times, everytime he stays within the rules.
From what i know when he is RPing that type of cop he beats people when other cops are not near,shouts at them,hit them with the baton, overly being IC abusive to them until another cop sees him, where most of the times either he gets demoted or warned about his actions.

Also note that In Game racism is allowed as far as i know.

The user in question was not found in breach of the rules.  However these actions will be noted.

No punishment will be instated as there is no reference to any rules broken
