Alright, how do i explain.

For the last 2 hours or so, v2d has been crashing every 10 minutes, sometimes the server crashes within 2 minutes after the restart, this is very annoying and lowers the amount of people on the server.

It also stops us from being able to build, which is very annoying, as we hardly can do any rp because of the constant crashes.

I was experiencing this too, might be something to do with the new 75 player slot limit on 33x taking too much strain on the system(s)?

I don't think it's anything to do with the player limit, I think it's the Gmod update maybe.
