Example Sentence:
Malay: eh bodoh, ada komputer sini?
English: oi dumbass, have you got a computer in here?
Why: It's basically English, with words spelt how you'd WANT them to be spelt.
Oh, and plurals are just the word repeated
(tuan = man, puan = woman , puan puan dan tuan tuan = ladies and gentlemen)
Taxi = Teksi
Bus = Bas
Computer = Komputer
Technology = Teknologi
Cake = Kek
Express = Ekspres
Carbohydrate = Karbohidrat
And brown is coklat (chocolate).
Helped by my lovely little Malay friend.
Even better in Dutch:
Taxi = Taxi
Bus = Bus
Computer = Computer
Technology = Technologie
Cake = Cake
Express = Uitdrukken (We do have the word Expres which means On Purpose)
Carbohydrate = Koolhydraat
