Could i get the following line explained in more detail?

 
"You must not breach or aid others in carrying out actions or procedures which violate CityRP rules, Fearless Forums rules, the Agreement or can bring harm to Fearless in any way"

Basically it's saying you can't breach (break) or help other people do things that are against CityRP's rules and the forum rules.

..CityRP Rules, Forum rules, or the Agreement = ToS or other things that can hurt the reputation of FL = Example: going to or telling someone else to go to a server and say "FL:RP will DDoS this server unless X"
