Title of Bug: Missing dress texture

Description: I have downloaded all the downloads on the downloads section but this keeps happening for some reason. I can see the suits and dresses well.

The dress textures do not appear to be in the download pack (at least for the version I have stored from July 29th)
I've taken the ones from my Garry's Mod folder and put them in a zip for you, just drag and drop the materials folder into Garrysmod/garrysmod
