Question regarding multiple players from one IP

Hello, I have a small question. My sister wants to play on the servers too on her steam account, but I heard about people getting permanently banned for "Multi Accounting". Does this include multiple players from the same local IP? Say, I play on my PC on my own account and she plays on hers on her own account, will this be seen as multi accounting?

I suppose if you contact the admins about it, it wont come to a ban.
