If some lunatic kills you with his car or just walks up to you and stabs you to death IRL would you then arise again and get your revenge? The only thing I think is considered as no NLR is when admin approves you to come back to a RP, if a friend or yourself accidently propkills you during building or if you go back OOC to get evidence for a ban request.

You can't go back, even if you got cdmed, propkilled and rdmed. All would be considering NLR, the only way you could get acces to get back (mostly when propkilled by friend, yourself etc while building/roleplaying) are by asking a admin for acces.

You can ask for an admin or moderator for permission, only if they approve of it, you can bypass NLR.
