[FIXED]Speaking Button Problems

So I have done everything I have known about gmod. I have not been able to use my "Speak and Communication" when I press "X" nothing happens no name or anything. I have remapped my speak button and it will still not work. Any help please?

Navigate to the voice section in the options, and see if your mic is transmitting. See if its just that. Also see if a different button is accidentally made to x.

I will try and I also already tried remapping the key.

So you did unbind x in console, then mapped x to voice?

Also make sure your mic is configured right, and connected.

If all else fails, remap all of your keys to the default buttons. There is an option to do this on the bottom left on the keyboard menu inside of options.

[FIXED] I tried to remap it again and re-plugged and restarted computer thanks.
