banning SoapMW3

i would like connor henway banned from the server for at least 2 weeks minimum.

His steam id is: SoapMW3

at 4:10 pm english time Connor henway was walking down the first tunnel on the left when you leave the city, i drove past him in my blue mustang and said hello.
after i had passted him about 5 feet he spawned in a big metal square and prop pushed me car many times and nearly killed me.
Coop3r98 will back me up on what i have said because he was in the car at the time. later he then drove over me and exploding pancake aka Coop3r98 and prop blocked the tunnel leading out of the city.
i have pictures on my steam account (davewatsit97) but i'm unable to link it to this ban request.
