Title of Suggestion: Rotate management
Description
I suggest that management staff should be regularly, say once every 2 months with other admins. I.e, an admin is made manager for two months then following this another one is selected by internal vote.
Why?
Has the benefit of keeping the team fresh and not letting people get too comfortable in the role. May incite greater engagement and will create a more diverse leadership. This is a system used frequently in organisations to enhance performance.
