Summary: I was just patroling around industrial, Then i saw a car wrongly parked. I was going to impound it, I dint not made the warrant yet because i heart some guy arming a gun behind me so i started recording. Wen i saw the guy he instandly started shooting at me for no reason (RDM). And the he said "Thats What You Get For Messing With My Terretory Bha". He had no reason to shoot me yet he did.
