Reason why unblacklist:
I was blacklisted for breaking a rule 2 times, that officials may not have contraband.
The first time I learnt my lessons, yet the second time was when I completely forgot, You all must hate that word :S .
Anyway I have never been so retarded on the server, and to be frank if I was never blacklisted I would not have known about my contraband even existing due to it being hidden well and my forgetting of it all.
You have my deepest apologies, the punishment was fair and with the extra humiliation I believe that I should be unblacklisted.
When president I make the laws and try role play with gangs to have fun, I don't break hostage rules ever and really hope to be playing as president again.
