Summary: Hit him once with the jammer (for a joke obviously), then he shoots me to death.

It is not clear from the police officer's perspective if this is a joke or not. He must have thought he was being assaulted and in that situation he cannot do much more but fire back, which he did immediately as a reflex to being hit.

He could have thought about it for a while longer but it is not something I would ban him for. Thank you for the evidence.
