Due to the amount of crime on FL on a constant basis, and depending on the skill of these 'judges' (I don't think anyone on here has passed the Bar exam), I'd say that this system, should it be implemented, would cause congestion, as they would really have no control over the defendant. In short, I think such a judicial system would be inefficient and would only serve to annoy and anger people.
