Motion file name?

I ask you guys whats the name of the motion-files for the Source engine. I have aquired a Motion editor that make me able to animete and such.
Why I ask this: I want to make animations and other motions for Fearless and other Gmod communitys.

The program by default make a .vmd motion file when saving it.

The program is MikuMikuDance.
Note: You can also animate with Source Filmmaker, but it take 12 GB to install it unlike MikuMikuDance that take only 200 MB

It is easier than you think. At first I thought it would be stop motion animation. But with SFM tutorials I found out that you can do "Pose-To-Pose" animations.

After some investigation. I found out that the Source Motion File name is "SMD"
