maybe allow a Nexus Defence only when lockdown is in progress or when there are possible threats of a nexus raid and hire some security guards to guard the nexus when there's no threat or danger (more RP for the security guard job). And if this is going to be approved it would be really great for nexus secretary RP because now, when there's a defence up, the officers are mostly doing the job of a secretary.
