If Im honest major -Support, just because they are "rebels" does not mean they have to be poor, I personally think there have been a great deal of good roleplays with "rich" as you would call rebels.
Dont restrict roleplay with BS like that.
If you want to roleplay poor, then sure go ahead and do that.

Because that used to be the case. But it's not now, so their model should get an update. TBF the gun dealers outfit looks very deprived, so did the black market dealer old model.
Doesn't mean they are deprived too.
