I think you completely ignored the point made. The Conservatives were voted to lead the country. It doesn't matter who runs the party or how many times they change leader, they're still in charge. The new Prime Minister was voted in by members of the Conservative party, the exact same thing would occur no matter what party was in charge. So to reiterate: People vote for the party, not the person to lead the country. This is what is decided in a General Election, not who becomes Prime Minister. RE: Country stability - Baskingner - 12-13-2016 I love how people bring the "it could have been worse" argument to the brexit discussion. Since when is the worst case scenario a "benchmark" people accept as an Okay scenario? Its a flawed argument only repeated over and over by the politicians who supported the brexit. As for the topic, the Netherlands are pretty stable, although i strongly suspect that in march (when our new elections are here) it will take a 180 degrees turn. I guess we'll just have to wait. RE: Country stability - Marty - 12-13-2016 This thread isn't stable never mind countries. RE: Country stability - Mr.SkarKasm - 12-13-2016 Welp, egypt is currently stable.
