Usually SRU always wins the raid if they come with full squad

You haven't seen them try and raid The Syndicate or Arcon..
From my perspective a full set of SRU/Police looses 80% of the time. "Criminals" are overpowered compared to the government.

You see, the SRU already has the riot shields and concussion grenades for this very purpose, so that the don't always lose.

riot shields don't do anything as it's like holding a piece of paper up.
