Summary: There was a BR thread on this guy and it was approved by an admin, but he has never been banned and its not in his ban history (Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this I don't know where this would go.)

I think you gave the wrong SteamID.

Steam ID on BR and ban page are different from the SteamID you put on this post. SteamID on this post leads to the accused player's ban page.
An innocent player may have been banned!

The steam ID given on the ban request matches that of the suspension given.
