I wouldn't make this a priority due to the thought that the server never ever changes anything.
I'd rather see some mayor changes than a freaking adv. duplicate downloader.

The case it to allow people to download their dupes from the server so that they can use them on SP to make screenshots for their groups.

Even though I never, ever play singleplayer due to the fact that I find it extremely boring, I can see why other people might want this.

Downloading could be done if it goes thru the admins first. Like a "Dupe Checker" To see if somethings not right with the dupe.
